Although Michael spends many hours behind his chair, he also owns and operates another business: Coyne Family Farm. Along with his wife Karen and three children, Emily, Maggie, and Michael IV, the family raises and sells high quality beef, lamb, and hogs from their farm. When Michael has any spare time, he enjoys hunting and outdoor activities. He is an accomplished archer with many trophies hanging in his home. Michael proudly supports his community through sponsoring local athletic teams. He also supports the PTA and 4-H. Michael’s Hairloft has donated to the Beaver County 4-H Stockman’s club scholarship fund for many years. Michael also supports many local organizations by donating gift certificates for their events.
Cindy is a highly conscientious, detail-minded professional who, through 40 years of experience in the service industry, owned and successfully operated a full-service salon for 20 years. Cindy joined Michael six years ago and enjoys the education, teamwork, and making people look and feel great.
In March 2009 Cindy attended the Midwest Beauty Show in Chicago. It was an exciting three days and she returned with plenty of fresh ideas. Cindy continues to attend hair and salon classes regularly to better her skills and keep up with current trends.
Marcelle is an enthusiastic stylist that is detail oriented and takes time to understand her client’s wants and needs in every aspect of hairstyling and coloring.

Linda Venneri-Smith has a tremendous passion for the hair industry. She has competed in a worldwide competition in Europe representing the U.S.A.
Stylist, Teacher, and Regional Manager of a major department store, Linda has 40 years of experience in haircutting, hair coloring and styling. Linda won the prestigious FASHION AWARD for her contributions to the city of Pittsburgh. She has attended international shows to keep current with the latest trends. Linda has visited the Vidal Sassoon School and Salon in South Beach Florida, along with the Paris Claire Salon, and Peter of London Salon. Linda said, “I like to see what’s new with trends especially with the top salons.”
Frances holds over 20 years of experience in the salon industry. She has had a passion for hair styling since a very young age and has the love for helping others – to look their best inside and out - which has inspired her to further her education into the Massage Therapy area. Leneah has been an employee of Michael’s for over four years now and has received her education in Esthetics from North Hills Beauty Academy. With her education, she is now practicing as an Esthetician specializing in hair removal, skin care and makeup.

Tammie, who is also the salon manager, has recently completed her education as a stylist and nail technician. She has been an employee of Michael’s for over seven years. She began her career in New York at a young age and has decided to continue her career in Pennsylvania with all new education. Tammie is a sponge for education, consistently attending classes or courses to perfect the techniques of the latest trends. She says, “every artist dips her brush into her own soul.”
