Michael Coyne

Although Michael spends many hours behind his chair, he also owns and operates another business: Coyne Family Farm. Along with his wife Karen and three children, Emily, Maggie, and Michael IV, the family raises and sells high quality beef, lamb, and hogs from their farm. When Michael has any spare time, he enjoys hunting and outdoor activities. He is an accomplished archer with many trophieshanging in his home. Michael proudly supports his community through sponsoring local athletic teams. He also supports the PTA and 4-H. Michael’s Hairloft has donated to the Beaver County 4-H Stockman’s club scholarship fund for many years. Cindy Capp

Cindy is a highly conscientious, detail-minded professional who, through 40 years of experience in the service industry, owned and successfully operated a full-service salon for 20 years. Cindy joined Michael and his team six years ago and enjoys the education, teamwork, and making people look and feel great.

In March 2009 Cindy attended the Midwest Beauty Show in Chicago. It was an exciting three days and she
returned with plenty of fresh ideas. Cindy continues to attend hair and salon classes to hone her skills and come up with fresh ideas. Read more…

Kristie Crisci

Kristie comes to Michael’s Hair loft with a diverse background and experience including upscale color specialty and full service salons and spa’s. Her forte is using multiple colors to enhance the hairs’ texture and depth, with a passion and discipline for color correction.

Her desire to give her client an easy to care for hair design along with the best shade colorant to enhance skin tone and eye color creating a beautiful and distinctive outlet of expressing oneself. Kristie’s dedication is evidenced by her continued formal and practical education to keep up with the latest styling trends. Her many color referrals, makes her a leader in the industry.

Kristie have recently attended the Aqauge styling and cutting class and has also recently been certified in Simply Smooth Brazilian Keratin Treatment, the latest technology in hair defrizzing and conditioning.  Read more…

David Crisci

David has 27 years of experience in the service industry and thoroughly enjoys working with clients.

David is a Pittsburgh native who started studying music at the age of 8 and began his professional music career when he was 14. He still performs as a freelance pianist and keyboardist.

At the age of 25, David enrolled in Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, where he first met Michael Coyne, his teacher of cosmetology. Since then, David has worked for several salons in the area, including one of his own. Sue Brandt

Sue has been in the hair industry for over 20 years. She loves her career choice. Sue graduated from Parkway Vocational Technical School. She has earned her manager’s license and has also taken private classes for hair cutting and nails.

Sue has attended many color, color-corrective, and highlighting classes. She also attends hair shows every year to keep up with the new trends and fashion. Sue consults with her clients and advises them on whats flattering. She’s also a great listener, and will give you fashionable hair.  Read more…

Linda Venneri-Smith

Linda Venneri-Smith has a tremendous passion for the Hair Industry. She has competed in World competition in Europe representing the U.S.A. Stylist, Teacher, Regional Manager of a major department store, Linda has 40 years of experience in haircutting, hair coloring and styling. Linda won the prestigious FASHION AWARD for her contributions to the city of Pittsburgh. Linda attends International shows to keep current with the latest trends. Linda has visited the Vidal Sassoon School and Salon in South Beach Florida, along with the Paris Claire Salon, and Peter of London Salon. Linda said, “I like to see whats new with trends especially with the top Salon.” Just back from the 2011 American Beauty Show in Chicago. Ashley Eisengart

Ashley has been apart of the salon for five years. Starting as an assistant, she developed a passion for the profession and then became Michael’s apprentice. This resulted in Ashley attending cosmetology school. Recently, Ashley has attended Redken color classes, Aquage cutting classes, and enjoys learning new techniques.
